I don't know where to start, so about here... I attempted to use 2 other companies. A large national one and a local to me. One was more concerned about the payment I was paying them and the other, had to shut down mid settlement due to health reasons, so to say I was skeptical was a understatement. I kept hearing a ad on the radio, wrote down the number several times and decided to make the call. When I called, I set up the terms, called back 3 times to make sure this wasn't going to be a scam to take money. Then Jessica entered our life. To say she was a calming effect in my life would be a understatement. The amount we owed had put a strain on my marriage and that unfortunately was collateral damage. However Jessica, knowing this, was empathetic, caring and professional, constantly saying, " we got this", with every letter I would get. I know I could not have made it through with out her, guiding me through my panic attacks. At this point, we have gotten to the best scenario that could have been hoped for with the resolution. I would HIGHLY recommend Rush Tax, Jessica especially - don't let her go.

Michelle and her team really helped me not only stop the collections but also worked out a deal for me that fit into my life where I could move forward without having to completely change my day to day life and still provide for my family. I had worked with another company before **** who were absolutely no help, and seemed to care more about getting the file off their desks and getting paid than actually helping me. That company had great online reviews but were terrible! Michelle saved me from them and truly did her best to help me in anyway she can and continues to do say daily! I cant recommend them enough!

After my divorce I found myself in some tax trouble, not just paying the taxes but going back years to make sure I and my wife were up to date. Michael G was assigned to our account and was great to work with, stayed on top of things and most importantly contacted us often to let us know how things were going and how we were doing. He did a great job guiding us through the process, making sure the forms were correct and that everything the IRS needed was filed so that we were up to date with the agency.

I would recommend dealing with Michelle. She was so easy to talk to very understanding of my situation, and took care of my tax needs extremely promptly. I went from looking at garnishments and levees to the IRS putting me in a non-collectible status. She was absolutely amazing to work with, and I would never recommend another tax company.

Rush Tax Resolution is terrific, especially my consultant Jessica Thomas. Jessica is very professional, and quite knowledgeable in tax laws. Jessica was always available if I had a question or if an issue needed to be resolved. She would periodically check in with me to see if the IRS had been in contact with me or not. The individual that I worked with was very helpful and supportive of the situation that we are in. The most difficult part of all of this is dealing with the IRS and trying to get them to understand that financial situations do affect what a person is able to do. Rush takes that stress away by communicating with the IRS on your behalf and helping maneuver through the paperwork. I think that one of the biggest challenges is also how outdated and out of touch the financial schedule is. The cost of goods and services make it so difficult to know exactly what you have, and Rush truly helps in getting the muddy waters cleared up. I would recommend Rush to anyone.
