After my divorce I found myself in some tax trouble, not just paying the taxes but going back years to make sure I and my wife were up to date. Michael G was assigned to our account and was great to work with, stayed on top of things and most importantly contacted us often to let us know how things were going and how we were doing. He did a great job guiding us through the process, making sure the forms were correct and that everything the IRS needed was filed so that we were up to date with the agency.

I would recommend dealing with Michelle. She was so easy to talk to very understanding of my situation, and took care of my tax needs extremely promptly. I went from looking at garnishments and levees to the IRS putting me in a non-collectible status. She was absolutely amazing to work with, and I would never recommend another tax company.

Rush Tax Resolution is terrific, especially my consultant Jessica Thomas. Jessica is very professional, and quite knowledgeable in tax laws. Jessica was always available if I had a question or if an issue needed to be resolved. She would periodically check in with me to see if the IRS had been in contact with me or not. After many years of paying my taxes without issue,to suddenly have a finacial problem with the IRS, is quite intimidating. It was good to know that Jessica had my back.
